HOUZN GM compensation review

The GM works their property only, one person at a time, in the double-width drawer. The main page stays short: the pool, then a compact People roster (the approved treatment; the invented "People queue" framing was rejected 2026-09-01). Green is the approved surface as shipped. Blue is the proposed 10x layer.

Real HOUZN figures cited to the launch-readiness audit (2026-08-31 and 2026-09-01). People are anonymized; any figure marked (illus.) is an illustrative placeholder, not real employee pay.

The HOUZN ceiling drives the pool below. No other hotel's ceiling, cap, or pool ever appears on a GM lane (Ace correction, 2026-09-01). Per-property ceilings (HOURP and HOUZN 3 to 4%, HOUUS 2% hard for the GM with an owner override that needs a reason) are set in the owner lane; each GM lane shows only its own. Cap dollars stay illustrative until the real eligible-wage base is loaded.

Always fully loaded: wage plus the real 8.31% employer-tax basis, so 4% stays honest. No wage-only toggle (Ace, 2026-09-01); the wage-only delta stays per person in the drawer. illus. totals

What changed. The person's working detail moved back into the approved double-width drawer, so the main page is short: pool, then the compact People roster sorted by who is most overdue. Click a row, or press Start review, and the drawer opens with fairness, raise history, the optimizer's suggested rate prefilled, and the recommendation form. Save and next advances inside the drawer without closing it. Compression is a per-person flag inside the drawer, not a table on this page, and the drawer now ends with the first-paycheck forecast and a compact decision trail (Ace, 2026-09-01). Nothing green changed; the drawer is the shipped surface. Real: 46 of 50 HOUZN visible, revision 2, Sep 7 effective, 25 eligible / 7 need evidence, payroll stale through Apr 20 2026, 8.31% employer-tax basis, the Front Desk $16.00 vs $13.38 to $15.00 property and $13.39 to $16.91 BLS example (spec 2026-08-31 and 2026-09-01; migrations 1024/1032). People and per-person dollars are illustrative. No em dashes; negatives shown with plain hyphens.
